About
Ali Demir writes here about software and the systems built around it. The site is text only, and meant to be read by people and machines alike.
I'm Ali Demir. I write here about data and the systems that grow up around it. I call myself as Data Operator.
About this site
There are no images and no client-side JavaScript. Every page is plain HTML, generated ahead of time, and readable straight through by a person or a machine without anything needing to run first.
Each post sets its own typography, derived from the shape of its own writing: how long the paragraphs run, how often the piece breaks for a heading, how much of it is prose against how much is code. Two posts of similar length can look nothing alike. The underlying markup, however, is identical for every post, so anything reading the site structurally sees one consistent document each time.
For machine readers
Every post is available as plain Markdown by appending .md to its URL. There is an index of the whole site at /llms.txt, and the complete text of everything published in a single file at /llms-full.txt.
